甄选赛组别   Audition Group：

01.   《同根同梦 ● 2017 “少年中国” 国际青少年文化艺术节》（此后誉为 “比赛” ）是
           一个配合中国北京 CCTV “少年中国” 的比赛，
          由 Acez Global Group武士国际集团 主办（此后誉为 “主办单位” )。
        《Same Roots and Dreams ● 2017 International Youth Culture And Arts Festival》 
          ( Hereinafter known as the "Contest" ) is an event cooperate together with CCTV Beijing, China and
          Organized by the Acez Global Group in Malaysia ( hereinafter known as the "Organizer" ).
 
02.    所有参赛条款与细则将有效于各阶段的比赛。
          当参赛者呈交报名表格后即表示了解并同意遵从参赛条规与细则。
          All entry terms and conditions will be valid for each stage of the Contest. 
          Application form submits when Contestants understand and agree to comply with  the entry rules.
 
03.     此项比赛公开给年龄介于五（5）岁至十八(18）岁或以上的大马公民，除了: -
           This Contest is open to Malaysian citizens aged between 5 years old to 18 years old, Not eligible for:-
            i.       任何属于以下公司的员工（或员工的直属亲戚），或与以下公司有任何直接关系的人：-
                      Any employee of the following company (or an immediate employee of the employee)
                      Or have any direct relationship with the following companies: -
                      a.             武士国际集团或任何旗下的专属公司；
                                       Acez Global Group, or any of its own company 
                      b.             任何为此比赛提供奖品者或赞助商；
                                      Any prize or sponsor for this Contest
            ii.      任何已发行或即将发行个人或团体专辑的演艺人员
                      Any performers who have already publish an individual or group album
 
04.    只有按照条款与细则呈交报名表格者才能成为此项比赛的参赛者。
          Only those who submit the application form in accordance with the terms and conditions
          can become the contestants
 
05.    此项比赛的报名期限为 25/3/2017 至 10/6/2017 下午 6 时正。
           主办单位拥有最终权力拒绝任何迟呈的报名，所有上诉皆不受理。
           报名费收据须连同呈交报名表格时一齐呈上。
            The registration deadline for this Contest is 25/3/2017 to 10/6/2017 at 6 pm.
            The organizer reserves the right to refuse any late registration, all appeal is not accepted.
            The application fee receipt must be presented together with the application form
 
06.    主办单位将以先到先得的方式决定及公布参赛人数。
           主办单位有权利 决定参赛人数，并在适当时间截止报名。参赛者可以个人或团体形式参赛。
          The organizer will decide and announce the number of entries on a first-come-first-served basis.
          The organizer has the right to determine the number of entries and close the application at the appropriate time.
          Contestants may participate in the form of individuals or groups.
 
07.    参赛者必须填妥报名表格，并附上一份参赛者的复印报生纸 / 身份证， 并电邮至 [email protected]。
          The Contestants must complete the application form and attach a photocopy of the student / identity card,
           and email to [email protected].
 
08.    参赛者填入的个人资料都必须完全属实。如证实参赛者填入任何不属 实资料，
           主办单位将有权力取消参赛者的参赛资格或取消所得奖项。
            The personal information entered by the contestants must be true.
            If found any wrong information of the contestants, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the entry of
            the contestants or cancel the award.
 
09.    参赛者必须明白与同意所提供的照片、个人资料、报名表格上填写的 资料或其他有关资料，
           可供主办单位、媒体、 广告商、记者、评审、 赞助商和大众使用于宣传、市场营销，
            以获得比赛赞助的用途。
            Contestants must consents, grants, assign and transfer to the Organiser the exclusive worldwide rights
            ( without remuneration to the Contestant and royalty-free ) to use, reproduce and exploit the names,
            sobriquet, autograph, likeness, photographs, portrait, Caricature, silhouette, voice, biography, performance,
            sound recordings and audio-visual recordings of the performance of the Contestant and / or any part thereof
           and all other products resulting from the Contestant’s participation in the Contest and / or Programme by any
           means ( including without limitation the right to incorporate any other materials thereto ) and in all media
           whether now known or hereafter devised for  the purpose of promoting, publicity or commercial exploitation
          of the Competition, the Programme and /or the Additional Television Programmes.
 
10.     参赛者可以自行选择与表演有关的内容。但该内容或/和参赛者的表演 不能涉及不雅、低俗，
           引起公愤，扰乱次序， 或有威胁性质的元素。  任何违反此条款者，或行为不雅和粗俗，或服用毒品、
          酒精或其它控 制药物者将被立即取消参赛资格。
           Contestants can choose the content related to the performance. But the content or / and the performance of
          the contestant cannot involve indecent, vulgar, cause public  outrage, disrupt the order, or threatening nature of
          the elements. Any person who violates this provision, or acts indecent and vulgar, or taking drugs, alcohol or
          other drug makers will be disqualified immediately.

11.    参赛者须在整个比赛进行时遵从所有比赛的形式、条款与细则；以及主办单位的所有指示以及要求
        （无论是口头或书面上），包括：参赛者的仪表、服装打扮与装饰。
           主办单位有权取消不服从以上条款者的参赛资格。
           Contestants are required to comply with the form, terms and conditions of all Contest throughout the Contest;
           all instructions and requirements of the unit (whether oral or written), including: the instrument of the
           Contestants, dress up and decoration.
           The organizer reserves the right to disqualify those who do not obey  the above terms.
 
12.     参赛者提供的表演必须符合该表演领域为标准：（举例）
           The performance provided by the Contestants must meet the criteria for the performance area: ( Example ) 
           12.1       表演领域项目      Performance Categories:
                            a.         声乐：歌唱、合唱等演出。
                                        Vocal:  Singing, Choir and other performances
                            b.        舞蹈：民族舞、国标舞、现代舞等舞蹈演出。
                                        Dance: cultural dance, national dance, modern dance and other dance performances
                            c.        器乐：华乐、管弦乐。口风琴等音乐器材演出。
                                       Music Instrument: Chinese music, orchestral music and others musical instruments 
                            d.       表演：变脸、魔术、小品、诗歌演艺等艺术表演。
                                      Performances: Face show, magic, comedy, poetry and other performing arts performances
                            e.       故事情景剧：默剧、幽默剧或舞台剧等剧情表演。
                                      Story Drama: Mime, humor or any stage performances 
     
            12.2      每一项表演以基本时间           Each performance takes the basic time 
                           a.       淘汰赛         Selection Round：   
                                     声乐、器乐、舞蹈  -  不超过 3 分钟 
                                     Vocal, Music Instrumental, Dance - not more than 3 minutes
                                     表演 和 故事情景剧  -  不超过 4 分钟
                                     Performances and Story Drama - not more than 4 minutes
  
                          b.      马来西亚决赛及中国总赛          Malaysia Final and China Final Round：   
                                    声乐、器乐、舞蹈  -  不超过 5 分钟 
​                                    Vocal, Music Instrumental, Dance - not more than 5 minutes
                                    表演 和 故事情景剧  -  不超过 6 分钟
                                    Performances and Story Drama - not more than 6 minutes
 
           12.3       注意事项       Remarks:
                           a.     淘汰赛       Selection Round：
                                   参赛者请先电邮或邮寄有关有关演出项目的DVD或视频给主办单位预先审核。
                                  Contestants may email or mail your  Performance Recording in DVD or Video Format to Organizer.
                           b.    马来西亚决赛及中国总赛          Malaysia Final and China Grand Final Round：   
                                  参赛者必须现场表演给评审团审核，主办单位将拒绝任何配音或预录式的表演。
                                  Contestants must Live Perform to the Judges and the organizer will reject any dubbing or pre-recorded
                                   performance
                          c.     参赛者必须是表演的创作人或亲自表演。参与淘汰赛遴选的参赛者可以在2017年6月10号
                                   前电邮或邮寄有关演出项目的DVD或视频给主办单位审核。
                                 The contestant must perform in person. Candidate's Selection Round Contestants MUST send
                                 their performance recording in DVD or Video Format and  MUST be email / mail to organizer before
                                 10th June 2017
                         d.    参赛者必须自己承担任何服装/造型、化妆、音乐与道具等一切的费用。
                                 Contestants must bear all the cost of any clothing , make-up, music and props
                        e.     参赛者任何的艺术作品必须标上名字及年龄。
                                Artwork/Music CD/Video of contestant must be marked with name, age and category
                        f.     任何与表演有关系的道具或是内容必须普及化（G-Rated）。
                                Any props or content related to the performance must be universal ( G-Rated）
                        g.    参赛作品必须是自创，不曾抄袭之前已公开的作品。
                               Entries must be self-created, never copied the works have been published before
 
13.     参赛者必须在比赛时服从和遵守所有相关法律、法规、规章和任何有 关单位所要求的事项。
            若因参赛者违反任何法律而 导致主办单位有所 损失，参赛者必须承担所有责任并给予赔偿。
            Contestants must obey and comply with all relevant laws, regulations, regulations and any required matter of
            the unit. If the contestant violates any of the law that caused to the loss of the organizer, the Contestants must
            bear all the responsibility and compensation
 
14.      参赛者必须接受并遵守任何由主办单位或评审委员会在此项比赛中作出的决定， 包括选拔和颁发
            奖品，或任何与此项比赛相关的事项。任何上诉皆不受理。
           The Judges / Organizer’s decisions on all matters relating to the Contest (including without limitation,
            the selection of Contestants, the conduct of the Contest and/or  any resolutions made) shall be final and absolute
           and binding on the Contestants. No discussion, correspondence, inquiry, appeal or challenge in respect of any
           decision   of the Organizer will be entertained
 
15.     所有表演将由评审委员会审核。比赛成绩将会在比赛后公佈。各组比赛将会选出奖项设置：
           All performances will be judged by the judges. The results will be announced after the contest.
           Award will be presented for each group as below:
           15.1        优秀参赛选手奖项分为        Excellent Contestants will awarded：
                             金奖、银奖、铜奖和优秀作品奖。（凡获奖学生均颁发证书）
                             Gold Award, Silver Award, Bronze Award and Excellence Award.  
                              ( Every Contestant Awarded Individual Certificate ) 
          15.2        优秀教师奖项分为         Excellent Team Instructor will awarded：
                           最佳指导教师、最佳编导教师、最佳原创教师、最佳组织教师。
                         （凡获奖学生的教师出席参与总赛都均颁发荣誉证书或奖杯）
                           The Best Instructor, The Best Story Edit Instructor, The Best Origin Instructor,
                           The Best Organization Instructor
                           ( Awarded Team Instructor must join the trip to Beijing only be recognize )
           15.3       优秀的组织单位及优秀演出团体将被授予 “少年中国” 国际青少年文化艺术节组委会艺术教育
                            示范基地”称号。
                           Recognize as “Excellent Organization Team & Excellent Performance Team”
           15.4       获得金奖的学生团体将有机会参与《2018全球华人春节晚会》表演
                           Gold Awardees Team will be invited to 
                           《2018 Global Chinese Spring Festival Gala Night》Stage Performance
           15.5       获奖名单将在相关合作媒体、及活动官网上公布。
                           The winners will be published in the relevant Media Partner and Official Website
           15.6       所有奖品须在颁奖仪式之后立即兑换。
                           The Prizes must redeem after Contest
 
16.      参赛者在比赛中所赢得的奖品不得兑换成现金。
             Prizes from the contest shall not be converted into cash
 
17.      参赛者同意并接受本身在此项比赛中所有照片或录像将供给电视台 / 网络视频节目用途。
            参赛者也同意本身在此项比赛的 任何部分或内容将被媒体所用， 并且没有给予任何的酬劳。
            The contestant agrees and accepts that all photos or videos in the Contest will be supplied to the Television /
            Online Channel program use.
           Contestants also agree that any part or content of the Contest will be used by the media and did not give any reward.
 
18.     参赛者同意使用和复制本身资料如比赛中所有照片和录像，可提供给 任何一方和媒体用于广告、
            宣传等用途，并且无需支付任何费用。
           Contestants agree to use and reproduce their own information such as all photos and videos in the Contest,
           any party and the media used for advertising, publicity and other purposes, and no need to pay any fees.
 
19.     参赛者须明白并同意自身在参加此项比赛有可能带来的风险。参赛者同意不向主 办单位、承包商和
           代理商追究有关任何责任、赔偿、个人损伤、死亡或财产损失。 
           The Contestants forever waive, release and discharge the Organizer, its agencies,  sponsors and representatives
           from and against, any and all liabilities, costs, loss, damages or expenses which the Contestant or any party
           claiming through the Contestant hereafter may have arising out of acceptance of any Prize(s) or participation in
           the Contest  including ( but not limited to ) personal injury and damage to property and whether or not direct,
           consequential or foreseeable. The Contestant acknowledge that his / her participation in the Contest shall be at
           his/her own risks. The Contestant shall be responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage
          ( including without limitation travel insurance ) for the purposes of competing in the Contest.

20.    不遵守比赛条款与细则的参赛者将被立即取消参赛资格和奖品也将被没收。 
          Contestants who fail to comply with the terms and conditions of the Contest will be disqualified immediately,
          prizes will also be confiscated.
 
21.     主办单位保留最终权利更改任何比赛条款与细则，恕不另行通知。
           The Organizer reserves the right to change any terms and conditions of the Contest without prior notice.
 
22.     参赛者应不受任何合约的约束或其他的法律责任，以避免参赛者不能 参赛和/或符合比赛条款与细则。
          The Contestants shall not be entitled to assign any of the rights or sub-contract any of the obligations herein.
          The Organizer shall be entitled to assign or sub-license the whole or any part of its rights here under to any third
          party as may be determined by  the Organizer.
 
23.     若主办单位在任何原因下（包括政府机关法令或限制、天灾、罢工、战争、暴乱或任何其他原因）
           而无法进行某阶段比赛或整项比赛，主办单位将无需附上任何法律责任。
           The Organizer, its agents, sponsors and representatives shall not be liable to perform any of  their obligations in
           respect of the Contest and this Terms and Conditions, rules and regulations in respect of the Contest where they
          are unable to do so as a result  of circumstances beyond its control and shall not be liable to compensate the    
          Contestants in any manner whatsoever in such circumstances.
 
24.     此条款与细则受马来西亚法律所管辖。参赛者须服从并遵从马来西亚法院的决定。 
           The Terms and Conditions of the Contest shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance with the
           laws of Malaysia
 
25.      此协议书已列出参赛者和主办单位所达成的协议，若有任何更改，必须获得双方同意并签名。
             All rights and privileges herein granted to the Organizer irrevocable and not subjected to rescission, restraint or
             injunction under any and all circumstances. Under no circumstances shall the Contestants have the right to
             injunctive relief or to restrain or otherwise interfere with the organization of the Contest,  the production,  
            distribution, exhibition and/or exploitation of the Contest and / or Programme and/or any product  based on
            and / or derived from the Contest and / or Programme.
 
26.     本条款与细则如中英文本有任何分歧或不一致，则以英文版为准。
            The main language of the Terms and Conditions shall be the English language. 
            Any translation to any other language than English shall be for convenience only. 
            In the event of any inconsistency between this English language and any other languages,  
​            the English language version shall prevail and govern in all respects.
