04.  参赛资格   Eligibility：
        公开给年龄介于五（5）岁至十八 ( 18 ) 岁的大马公民。
        Open to Malaysian citizens aged between 5 years old to 18 years old
 
05.  参赛形式  Entry form：
        个人组或团体组（团体组员不限人数）。
        Individual or Group (No limit any numbers of group members)
 
06.  甄选项目及时间长度
        Audition Category and Time set for each category： 
        [ 共五项甄选项目，可以自行多项选择决定，报名费以每项计算 ]
        [ A total of five type’s categories, you can either one or ALL, 
​            the registration fee calculated based on total of participated Category ]
          6.1       声乐    Vocal 
                       ( 淘汰赛：不超过 3 分钟 , 马来西亚决赛及中国总赛：不超过 5 分钟 )
                       ( Selection Round: not more than 3 minutes,  
                          Malaysia Final and China Final round: not more than 5 minutes )
          6.2      舞蹈    Dances 
                       ( 淘汰赛：不超过 3 分钟 , 马来西亚决赛及中国总赛：不超过 5 分钟 )

          6.3      表演    Performances

          6.4     器乐    Music Instruments

07.   奖项设置  Awards Category：
         7.1    优秀参赛选手奖项分为   Excellent Contestants will awarded：
                   金奖、银奖、铜奖和优秀作品奖。（凡获奖学生均颁发证书）
                  Gold Award, Silver Award, Bronze Award and Excellence Award.  
                  ( Every Contestant Awarded Individual Certificate ) 
        7.2    优秀教师奖项分为   Excellent Team Instructor will awarded：
                  最佳指导教师、最佳编导教师、最佳原创教师、最佳组织教师。
                  （凡获奖学生的教师出席参与总赛都均颁发荣誉证书或奖杯）
                  The Best Instructor, The Best Story Edit Instructor, The Best Origin Instructor, 
                  The Best Organization Instructor  ( Awarded Team Instructor must join the trip to Beijing only be recognize )
        7.3    优秀的组织单位及优秀演出团体将被授予 “少年中国” 国际青少年文化艺术节组委会艺术教育
                  示范基地”称号。
                   Recognize as “Excellent Organization Team & Excellent Performance Team” 
        7.4     获得金奖的学生团体将有机会参与《2018全球华人春节晚会》表演
                    Gold Awardees Team will be invited to 《2018 Global Chinese Spring Festival Gala Night》Stage Performance
        7.5     获奖名单将在相关合作媒体及活动官网上公布。
                   The winners will be published in the relevant Media Partner and Official Website

08.  报名费如下   Registration fee is as follows： 
         8.1     RM 50 /人 / 项目： 团队组合（7人或以上）
                    RM 50 / Person / Category: Team Combination ( 7pax and above ) 
        8.2     RM 70/人/项目： 团队组合（6人或以下）
                    RM 70 / Person / Category: Team Combination ( 6pax and below )
        8.3     RM 80/人/项目： 个人    
                   RM 80 / Person / Category: Individual          
   
          填妥报名表格，并连同参赛者的复印身份证还有报名费收据，电邮至 [email protected]。
          成功报名的参赛者将会接获通知和主办单位所提供的专属报名编号。
          Please fill out the registration form, and attach together with the copy of the participant's identity card and
          registration fee receipt, Email to [email protected]. 
          Registered applicants will be notified with an exclusive registration number which provided by the organizer.

         主办单位有权回拒任何迟呈报名，并拥有最终权力决定参赛人数以及 终止接受报名，

经过主办方委员会与马来西亚教育局予5月09日开会讨论后，为了协助来自其它全马各州属的参赛者解决交通问题与可能涉及相关庞大的费用，本委会最后一致决定调整所给于所有马来西亚各地的参赛者们公平的统一，在马来西亚遴选淘汰赛中，参赛者必须先电邮或邮寄方式，将高清视频传给我们进行筛选，分数最高的参赛者方可入围马来西亚决赛。
A discussion meeting between Malaysia Audition Committee and Ministry of Education Malaysia ( Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia ) on 09th May 2017, we have decided to standardize the entry of Contestant to register via VIDEO (VCD/DVD) in order to ease the problem of contestants who are come from others state.

主办方将致电通知入围选手并敬请各家长或老师注意以下几项重要事项：
Those shortlisted contestants into final round in Malaysia will notify by phone and perform on the Mentioned Details below:

A.     《同根同梦 • 2017 “ 少年中国 ” 国际青少年文化艺术节》网络选拔淘汰赛方法 （征收报名费） ：
         《Same Roots And Dreams • 2017 International Youth Culture And Art Festival 》
          Candidate’s selection round Online Participation Info’s (Registration fee is required):
         参赛者只需录下不超过180秒 (3分钟) 的参赛表演高清视频，连同简单的自我介绍电邮至
         [email protected]即可。网络收件期限为2017年4月1日至2017年6月10日。
        Contestants are required to record and send a self / group performance HIGH QUALITY video NOT more than
        180 seconds (3 mins) together with self-introduction via email to [email protected].
        The period of the registration and submission is from 1/4/2017 to 10/6/2017.

1.    在开始呈现任何形式项目作品前，请简单的自我介绍 （温馨提示：注意时间限制）
        Kindly brief self-introduction before starting a performance ( Warm reminder: Time limit )

2.    视频格式请使用高清 MOV, AVI 或MPEG，尺寸则为 640 x 480 ( 横幅 horizontal )
        Format of video MUST be in MOV, AVI or MPEG, while the screen size at 640 x 480 ( horizontal )

3.    请附上参赛者报名表格、报名费汇款记录、IC副本、近距离清晰护照照片软件
        Kindly email and attach together with Registration Form, Registration fees payment slip, Photostat IC and 
        soft copy of Passport size photo


参赛视频将由专业评审进行筛选工作，通过的参赛者将会（2017年6月14日前）获通知参加定于
2017年6月17日在吉隆坡举办的大马决赛 ( Malaysia Final Round )。演出场地会另行通知。
Submitted video will judge and shortlisted by the professional panel of judges. Those shortlisted contestants will notify to attend Malaysia Final Round on 17/6/2017 via call before 14/6/2017. Venue and details will inform during notification.


D.    马来西亚复赛（半决赛）名字项目更正事宜    Malaysia Semi-Final Round Name Change Method:
        将原本的马来西亚复赛（半决赛）名字项目 改名 至 “ 大马决赛 ”

F.    《同根同梦 • 2017 “ 少年中国 ” 国际青少年文化艺术节》大马决赛 （免报名费）：
        《Same Roots And Dreams • 2017 "Young China" International Youth Culture And Art Festival 》
         Malaysia Final Round  (NO registration fee is required):
参赛者需要亲临现场为所报名入围的项目呈现给相关专业的评审团。通过的参赛者将予比赛结束后的一星期内接获通知入选代表马来西亚于2017年 8月1 - 4日飞往中国北京参加总决赛 (Beijing, China Final Round) 。
入围北京总决赛的参赛者将被邀请予2017年7月31日出发前的记者招待会并同时进行入围决赛的颁奖典礼。
Contestant must attend to the final round and perform live on the stage for the category been registered.
Those shortlisted to Beijing Final Round will notify by organizer within a week. An award ceremony for shortlisted contestants to Beijing will held on 31 / 7 / 2017 during press conference before departure.


G.    《同根同梦 • 2017 “ 少年中国 ” 国际青少年文化艺术节》中国北京总决赛：
        《Same Roots And Dreams • 2017 International Youth Culture And Art Festival 》Beijing, China Final:
入围总决赛的参赛者将予6月23日获4天3夜北京行程通知，并请参赛者自行处理护照手续费。
主办方将另行征收出发至中国所办理的签证费 ( RM 90 - RM 120 ) 而已。
Those shortlisted to Beijing Final’s contestants will receive a 4D3N itinerary program, and contestants are required to process own passport while a processing fees between RM 90 - RM 120 for Visa will collect by organizer.
