01.   2018《国际青少年文化艺术盛典》马来西亚甄选活动（此后誉为“马来西亚甄选活动”）
         是一个配合 《2018“少年梦”国际青少年文化艺术节》及《2018“NKTS”国际青少年
         艺能大赛》的马来西亚全球总决赛（此后誉为“马来西亚全球总决赛”) ，由 
        《“少年梦”国际青少年文化艺术节》及《“NKTS”国际青少年艺能大赛》
         马来西亚甄选委员会联合主办（此后誉为“主办单位”)。
         2018《 International Youth Culture And Arts Festival》Malaysia Audition ( Hereinafter known  
         as the "Malaysia Audition" )  is an event cooperate together with 《2018“Dream Of Youth”
         International Youth Culture And Arts Festival》& 《2018“NKTS”International Youth
         Culture And Arts Festival》Malaysia Global Grand Final ( hereinafter known as the "Malaysia 
         Global Grand Final" ) , Joint Organized by 《“Dream Of Youth”International Youth  
         Culture And Arts Festival》and《“NKTS”International Youth Culture And Arts Festival》 
         Malaysia Audition Committee ( hereinafter known as the "Organizer" ). 
 
02.   所有参加条款与细则将有效于各阶段的比赛。当参加者呈交报名表格后即表示了解
         并同意遵从参赛条规与细则。
         All entry terms and conditions will be valid for each stage of the Participant. Application form
         submits when Participants understand and agree to comply with the entry rules. 
 
03.   此项甄选活动公开给年龄介于五（5）岁至十八 ( 18）岁或以上的大马公民。
         This Audition is open to Malaysian citizens aged between 5 years old to 18 years old. 
      
04.   只有按照条款与细则呈交报名表格者才能成为此项甄选活动的参加者。
         Only those who submit the application form in accordance with the terms and conditions
         can become the Participant
 
05.   此项甄选活动的报名期限为 01/09/2017 至 30/04/2018 下午 6 时正。
          主办单位拥有最终权力拒绝任何迟呈的报名，所有上诉皆不受理。
          报名费收据须连同呈交报名表格时一齐呈上。
          The registration deadline for this Audition is 01/09/2017 to 30/04/2018 at 6 pm.
          The organizer reserves the right to refuse any late registration,all appeal is not accepted.
          The application fee receipt must be presented together with the application form
 
06.   主办单位将以先到先得的方式决定及公布参加人数。主办单位有权利决定参加人数，
         并在适当时间截止报名。参加者可以个人或团体形式参加。
         The organizer will decide and announce the number of entries on a first-come-first-served basis.
         The organizer has the right to determine the number of entries and close 
         the application at the appropriate time.
         Audition may participate in the form of individuals or groups.
 
07.   参加者必须填妥报名表格，并附上一份参加者的复印报生纸/身份证，并电邮至[email protected]。
         The Participant must complete the application form and attach a photocopy of
         the student / identity card,and email to [email protected].
 
08.   参加者填入的个人资料都必须完全属实。如证实参加者填入任何不属 
         实资料，主办单位将有权力取消参加者的参加资格或取消所得奖项。
         The personal information entered by the participants must be true. If found any 
         wrong information of the participants, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the 
         entry of the participants or cancel the award.
 
09.   参加者必须明白与同意所提供的照片、个人资料、报名表格上填写的 
         资料或其他有关资料，可供主办单位、媒体、广告商、记者、评审、
         赞助商和大众使用于宣传、市场营销，以获得活动赞助的用途。
         Participants must consents, grants, assign and transfer to the Organiser the exclusive 
        worldwide rights ( without remuneration to the Contestant and royalty-free ) to use, 
        reproduce and exploit the names, sobriquet, autograph, likeness, photographs, portrait, 
        caricature, silhouette, voice, biography, performance, sound recordings and audio-visual 
        recordings of the performance of the Participant and / or any part thereof and all other 
        products resulting from the Participant’s participation in the event and / or 
        Programme by any means ( including without limitation the right to incorporate any 
        other materials thereto ) and in all media whether now known or hereafter devised for 
        the purpose of promoting, publicity or commercial exploitation of the event, the 
        Programme and /or the Additional Television Programmes.
 
10.   参加者可以自行选择与表演有关的内容。但该内容或/和参加者的表演 
         不能涉及不雅、低俗，引起公愤，扰乱次序，或有威胁性质的元素。 
        任何违反此条款者，或行为不雅和粗俗，或服用毒品、酒精或其它控 
        制药物者将被立即取消参加资格。
        Participants can choose the content related to the performance. But the content or / 
        and the performance of the participant cannot  involve indecent, vulgar, cause public 
        outrage, disrupt the order, or threatening nature of the elements. Any person who 
        violates this provision, or acts indecent and vulgar, or taking drugs, alcohol or other 
        drug makers will be disqualified immediately.
 
11.   参加者须在整个比赛进行时遵从所有活动的形式、条款与细则；以及主办
        单位的所有指示以及要求（无论是口头或书面上），包括：参加者的仪表、
        服装打扮与装饰。主办单位有权取消不服从以上条款者的参加资格。
        Participants are required to comply with the form, terms and conditions of all 
        event throughout the Event; all instructions and requirements of the unit (whether 
        oral or written), including: the instrument of the Participants, dress up and decoration.
        The organizer reserves the right to disqualify those who do not obey the above terms.
     
12.   参加者提供的表演必须符合该表演领域为标准：
        The performance provided by the Participants must meet the criteria for the performance area:

                       a.  声乐：歌唱、合唱等演出。
                            Vocal:  Singing, Choir and other performances
                      b.  才艺：舞蹈、器乐、表演、故事情景剧等才艺演出。
                           Talent: Dance, Music Instrument, Performance, Theatre and other talent performances

           12.1.2   组合项目（举例）      Team Categories: (example) 
                      a.  才艺：舞蹈、器乐、表演、故事情景剧等才艺演出。

                            声乐和才艺  -  不超过 2.5 分钟 
                            Vocal & Talent - not more than 2.5 minutes
  
                      b.  马来西亚区域及全国甄选选拔圈、马来西亚及中国全球总决赛  
                            Malaysia Area & Final Audition, Malaysia & China Global Grand Final Round：   
                            声乐和才艺  -  不超过 4 分钟 
                            Vocal & Talent - not more than 4 minutes
  
      12.2   《“少年梦”国际青少年文化艺术节》报名项目:       
                 《“Dream Of Youth”International Youth Culture And Arts Festival》 Registration  Categories:
            12.2.1   个人项目（举例）      Individual Categories: (example) 
                      a.  微影视摄录：运用精明手机拍摄任何附有教育故事的题材。
                           Microfilm Shooting:  Using Smart Phone Shooting Any Education Story Theme

           12.2.2   组合项目（举例）      Team Categories: (example) 
                     a.  声乐：歌唱、合唱等演出。
                          Vocal:  Singing, Choir and other performances
                     b.  舞蹈：民族舞、国标舞、现代舞等舞蹈演出。
                           Dance: cultural dance, national dance, modern dance and other dance performances
                     c.  器乐：华乐、管弦乐。口风琴等音乐器材演出。
                          Music Instrument: Chinese music, orchestral music and others musical instruments 
                    d. 表演：变脸、魔术、小品、诗歌演艺等艺术表演。
                         Performances: Face show, magic, comedy, poetry and other performing arts performances
                    e.  故事情景剧：默剧、幽默剧或舞台剧等剧情表演。
                          Theatre: Mime, humor or any stage performances
 
          12.2.3   每个项目的基本呈现时间   Each Category Basic Time 
                    a.  选拔淘汰圈  Candidate’s Selection Round：   
                          声乐、器乐、舞蹈  -  不超过 3 分钟 
                         表演 和 故事情景剧  -  不超过 4 分钟
                         微影视摄录  -  不超过 7 分钟
                         Vocal, Music Instrumental, Dance - not more than 3 minutes
                         Performances and Theatre - not more than 4 minutes
                         Microfilm Shooting - not more than 7 minutes
  
                  b.  马来西亚区域及全国甄选选拔圈、马来西亚及中国全球总决赛  
                        Malaysia Area & Final Audition, Malaysia & China Global Grand Final Round：   
                        声乐、器乐、舞蹈  -  不超过 5 分钟 
                        表演 和 故事情景剧  -  不超过 6 分钟
                        微影视摄录  -  不超过 10 分钟
                        Vocal, Music Instrumental, Dance - not more than 5 minutes
                        Performances and Theatre - not more than 6 minutes
                        Microfilm Shooting - not more than 10 minutes


​      12.3     注意事项    Remarks:
      a.  选拔淘汰圈  Candidate’s Selection Round：
           i.   《“NKTS”国际青少年艺能大赛》      
               《“NKTS”International Youth Culture And Arts Festival》 
                请先电邮或邮寄有关有关演出项目的USB、DVD或视频给主办单位预先审核。
                参加者以智能手机开始呈现歌唱/才艺表演视频录制前，请简单的自我介绍
               （温馨提示: 注意时间限制）。视频格式请使用高清 MOV, AVI 或MP4，
                尺寸则为 640 x 480 ( 横幅 horizontal ), 档案大小不超过 25MB。
                Participant may email or mail your Performance Recording in USB, DVD or Video 
                Format to Organizer. Kindly use smartphone and brief self-introduction before starting
                a performance. ( Warm reminder: Time limit ). Format of video MUST be in MOV, 
                AVI or MP4, while the screen size at 640 x 480 ( horizontal )
 
           ii.  《“少年梦”国际青少年文化艺术节》      
               《“Dream Of Youth”International Youth Culture And Arts Festival》 
                请先电邮或邮寄有关有关演出项目的USB、DVD或视频给主办单位预先审核。
                在开始呈现表演录制前，请简单的自我介绍（温馨提示: 注意时间限制）。
                视频格式请使用高清 MOV, AVI 或MPEG，尺寸则为 2:1 ( 横幅 horizontal )
                Participant may email or mail your Performance Recording in USB, DVD or Video 
                Format to Organizer. Kindly brief self-introduction before starting a performance 
                ( Warm reminder: Time limit ). Format of video MUST be in MOV, AVI or MPEG, 
                while the screen size at 2:1 ( horizontal )
      b.  马来西亚区域及全国甄选选拔圈、马来西亚及中国全球总决赛:  
           Malaysia Area & Final Audition, Malaysia & China Global Grand Final Round：
           i.   参加者必须现场表演给评审团审核，主办单位将拒绝任何配音或预录式的表演。
                Participants must Live Perform to the Judges and the organizer 
                will reject any dubbing or pre-recorded performance
           ii.   微影视摄录项目    Microfilm Shooting Category：
                参加者必须参与主办单位提供的免费教学课程后，并在一星期内将作品提交。
                获选者作品有机会受邀参与影展。
                Participants must participate a free workshop provide by Organizer, Participants must,
                submit the Video within a week after the workshop. Awardees have invite to participate 
                Movie Festival opportunity.
      c.  参加者必须是亲自表演。参与甄选淘汰圈遴选的参加者可以在
            2018年04月30号前电邮或邮寄有关演出项目的DVD或视频给主办单位审核。
            The Participant must perform in person. Candidate’s Selection Round Participants 
            MUST send their performance recording in DVD or Video Format and 
            MUST be email / mail to organizer before 30th April 2018
      d.  参加者必须自己承担任何服装/造型、化妆、音乐与道具等一切的费用。
            Participants must bear all the cost of any clothing , make-up, music and props
      e.  参加者任何的艺术作品必须标上名字及年龄。
           Artwork/Music CD/Video of Participant must be marked with name, age and category
      f.  任何与表演有关系的道具或是内容必须普及化（G-Rated）。
           Any props or content related to the performance must be universal ( G-Rated）
      g.  参加作品必须是自创，不曾抄袭之前已公开的作品。
           Entries must be self-created, never copied the works have been published before
 
13.   参加者必须在活动期间服从和遵守所相关法律、法规规章和任何有关单位所要求的事项。 
         若参加者违反任何法律而导致主办单位有所损失，参加者必须承担所有责任并给予赔偿。 
         Participants must obey and comply with all relevant laws, regulations, regulations and 
        any required matter of the unit. If the Participant violates any of the law that caused to 
        the loss of the organizer, the Participants must bear all the responsibility and compensation
 
14.   参加者必须接受并遵守任何由主办单位或评审委员会在此项活动中作出的决定， 
         包括选拔和颁发奖品，或任何与此项活动相关的事项。任何上诉皆不受理。
         The Judges / Organiser’s decisions on all matters relating to the event (including without 
         limitation, the selection of Participants, the conduct of the event and/or any resolutions made) 
         shall be final and absolute and binding on the Participants. No discussion, correspondence, 
         enquiry, appeal or challenge in respect of any decision of the Organiser will be entertained 
 
15.   ​所有表演将由评审委员会审核。甄选活动成绩将会在甄选活动后公布。在马来西亚甄选
        圈将会选出各组最优异的表演者，代表马来西亚参加马来西亚及中国全球总决赛。
         All performances will be judged by the judges. The results will be announced after the  
         Audition. The Malaysia Final Audition Awardees will be presented Malaysia Join Malaysia &  
         China Global Grand Final Contest. 
 
16.   所有参加全球总决赛的表演者将由总决赛评审委员会审核。
         成绩将会在全球总决赛后公布。全球总决赛将会选出奖项设置：
         All participate Global Grand Final performances will be judged by the judges.
         The results will be announced after the Global Grand Final.
         Global Grand Final Award will be presented as below:
      16.1     优秀参赛选手奖项分为   Excellent Contestants will awarded：
                   金奖、银奖、铜奖和优秀作品奖。（凡获奖学生均颁发证书）
                   Gold Award, Silver Award, Bronze Award and Excellence Award. 
                   ( Every Contestant Awarded Individual Certificate ) 
      16.2     优秀教师奖项分为   Excellent Team Instructor will awarded：
                   最佳指导教师、最佳编导教师、最佳原创教师、最佳组织教师。
                 （凡获奖学生的教师出席参与总赛都均颁发荣誉证书或奖杯）
                   The Best Instructor, The Best Story Edit Instructor, The Best Origin Instructor,  
                   The Best Organization Instructor
                   ( Awarded Team Instructor must join the trip to Beijing only be recognize )
      16.3     获得金奖的学生团体将有机会参与《2019马来西亚公益春节联欢晚会》表演
                   Gold Awardees Team will be invited to 
                  《2019 Malaysia Charity Spring Festival Gala Night》Stage Performance
      16.4     获得金奖的学生团体将有机会参与中国《2019春节联欢晚会》表演
                   Gold Awardees Team will be invited to China
                  《2019 Spring Festival Gala Night》Stage Performance
      16.5     凡透过本活动甄选的获奖者，将被委员会直接推荐世界各地国际活动项目平台。
                   The winners will be recommanded by organizer to International Level Event Platform. 
      16.6     获奖名单将在相关合作媒体、及活动官网上公布。
                   The winners will be published in the relevant Media Partner and Official Website
      16.7     所有奖品须在颁奖仪式之后立即兑换。
                   The Prizes must redeem after Contest
 
17.   参加者在比赛中所赢得的奖品不得兑换成现金。
         Prizes from the contest shall not be converted into cash
 
18.   参加者同意并接受本身在该活动或比赛中所有照片、录像及内容将供给任何媒体及
        节目等用途，并且没有给予任何的酬劳。
        The participant agrees and accepts that all photos, videos and content in the Event or Contest
         will be supplied to any media and  program use and did not give any reward.
 
19.   参加者同意使用和复制本身资料如甄选活动或比赛中所有照片和录像，
         可提供给 任何一方和媒体用于广告、宣传等用途，并且无需支付任何费用。
         Participants agree to use and reproduce their own information such as all photos and videos 
         in the Audition or Contest, any party and the media used for advertising, publicity and other 
         purposes, and no need to pay any fees.

20.   参加者须明白并同意自身在参加该甄选活动或比赛有可能带来的风险。参加者同意不向
         主办单位、承包商和代理商追究有关任何责任、赔偿、个人损伤、死亡或财产损失。
         The Participants forever waive, release and discharge the Organizer, its agencies,  sponsors 
         and representatives from and against, any and all liabilities, costs, loss, damages or expenses 
         which the Participant or any party claiming through the Participant hereafter may have 
         arising out of acceptance of any Prize(s) or participation in the Audition or Contest including 
         ( but not limited to ) personal injury and damage to property and whether or not direct, 
         consequential or foreseeable. The Participant acknowledge that his / her participation in the 
         Audition or Contest shall be at his/her own risks. The Participant shall be responsible for 
         obtaining adequate insurance coverage ( including without limitation travel insurance ) for 
         the purposes of competing in the Audition or Contest.
 
21.   不遵守甄选活动或比赛条款与细则的参赛者将被立即取消参加资格和奖品也将被没收。 
         Participants who fail to comply with the terms and conditions of the Audition or Contest 
         will be disqualified immediately, prizes will also be confiscated.
 
22.   主办单位保留最终权利更改任何甄选活动或比赛条款与细则，恕不另行通知。
         The Organizer reserves the right to change any terms and conditions of the Audition or 
         Contest without prior notice.
 
23.   若主办单位在任何原因下（包括政府机关法令或限制、天灾、罢工、战争、暴乱或任
         何其他原因）而无法进行某阶段甄选活动、比赛或整项比赛，主办单位将无需附上任
         何法律责任。
         The Organizer, its agents, sponsors and representatives shall not be liable to perform any of 
         their obligations in respect of the Audition or Contest and this Terms and Conditions, rules 
         and regulations in respect of the Audition or Contest where they are unable to do so as a
         result of circumstances beyond its control and shall not be liable to compensate the 
         Participants in any manner whatsoever in such circumstances.
 
24.   此协议书已列出参加者和主办单位所达成的协议，若有任何更改，必须获得双方同意
         并签名。本条款与细则如中英文本有任何分歧或不一致，则以英文版为准。
         All rights and privileges herein granted to the Organizer irrevocable and not subjected to 
         rescission, restraint or injunction under any and all circumstances. Under no circumstances 
         shall the Participants have the right to injunctive relief or to restrain or otherwise interfere 
         with the organization of the Audition or Contest,  the production,  distribution, exhibition 
         and /or exploitation of the Audition or Contest and / or Program and /or any product 
         based on and / or derived from the Audition or Contest and / or Program. The main 
         language of the Terms and Conditions shall be the English language. Any translation to any 
         other language than English shall be for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency 
         between this English language and any other languages,  the English language version shall 
         prevail and govern in all respects.
