报名须知 Registration Notice： 01. 活动名称 Event Name： 2018 马来西亚《国际青少年文化艺术盛典》 2018 Malaysia《International Youth Culture And Arts Festival》 02. 活动主题 Event Theme： 欢乐舞动大马 ● 青春拥抱世界 Fun and Cheer in Malaysia ● Let Youth Embrace the World 03. 活动宗旨 Activities Objectives： 共同弘扬各国民族文化艺术 ● 文化艺术传播各国民族风情 To Promote Culture and Arts of Various National Ethnic ● Culture and Art to Spread National Habits Style of Various National Ethnic 04. 参加资格 Eligibility： 公开给年龄介于五（5）岁至十八 ( 18 ) 岁的大马公民。 Open to Malaysian citizens aged between 5 years old to 18 years old 05. 参加形式及报名费 Entry Form and Registration Fee： 5.1 《 2018“少年梦”国际青少年文化艺术节》马来西亚甄选活动 《2018 “Dream Of Youth”International Youth Culture And Arts Festival》Malaysia Audition 5.1.1 个人 Individual 报名费Registration Fee： RM 60 / Pax / Category 5.1.2 组合（组员人数 10 ~ 50 或以上） Team ( Team Members 10 ~ 50 pax and above ) 报名费Registration Fee： RM 60 / Pax / Category 5.2 《 2018“NKTS”国际青少年艺能大赛》马来西亚甄选活动 《2018 “NKTS”International Youth Culture And Arts Award》Malaysia Audition 5.1.1 个人 Individual 报名费Registration Fee： RM 100 / Pax / Category 5.1.2 组合（组员人数 2 ~ 9 或以上） Team ( Team Members 2 ~ 9 pax and above ) 报名费Registration Fee： RM 100 / Pax / Category 填妥报名表格，并连同参赛者的复印身份证还有报名费收据，电邮至 [email protected]。 成功报名的参赛者将会接获通知和主办单位所提供的专属报名编号。 Please fill out the registration form, and attach together with the copy of the participant's identity card and registration fee receipt, Email to [email protected]. Registered applicants will be notified with an exclusive registration number which provided by the organizer. 06. 报名截至日期 Registration Deadline： 30th April , 2018 ( 30/04/2018 ) [ Monday ] - 6pm 07. 所有表演将由评审委员会审核。甄选活动成绩将会在甄选活动后公布。 在大马全国甄选选拔圈将会选出各组最优异的表演者，代表马来西亚在 马来西亚及中国参加全球总决赛。 All performances will be judged by the judges. The results will be announced after the Audition. The Malaysia Final Audition Awardees will be presented Malaysia join Malaysia and China Global Grand Final Round. 08. 奖励荣获 Reward Awarded: 8.1 遴选成为马来西亚代表可获以下参加项目及奖励： Awarded as Malaysia Representative can be Join and Reward: 8.1.1 豁免报名费参加《2018“少年梦”国际青少年文化艺术节》马来西亚全球总决赛 Registration Fee Waive to participate《2018“Dream Of Youth” International Youth Culture And Arts Festival》Malaysia Global Grand Final 8.1.2 特别优惠报名费RM 300 参加《2018“NKTS”国际青少年艺能大赛》马来西亚全球总决赛 Special Registration Fee RM 300 to participate《2018“NKTS” International Youth Culture And Arts Festival》Malaysia Global Grand Final 8.1.3 到中国参加中国全球总决赛奖金津贴： To China join China Global Grand Final Cash Reward: a. 个人 Individual : RM 1,000 / pax 每人 b. 团体组合 Group A ( 10 pax） : RM 10,000 / group 每组 c. 团体组合 Group B ( 11 - 20 pax） : RM 20,000 / group 每组 d. 团体组合 Group C ( 21 - 30 pax） : RM 40,000 / group 每组 e. 团体组合 Group D ( 31 pax & Above） : RM 100,000 / group 每组 委员会所颁发的奖金是作为前往中国全球总决赛的费用， 若有不足需要自费，而如有剩余的奖金则给选手作为鼓励。 Cash reward is for China Global Grand Finale purpose only.
